Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Bacon, Brussel Sprouts, salt, black pepper, olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Clean Brussels sprouts and cut large heads in half
  3. Drizzle Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and bacon pieces
  4. Roast in oven for 20~30 min, turn upside down halfway
